王汉林老师意见： The liver case does look like sarcomatous. I would not call it HCC just based on these images. The differentials would include a true sarcoma and sarcomatoid carcinoma. Typically, sarcomatoid HCC or cholangiocarcinoma may contain areas of typical HCC or adenocarcinoma if adequately sampled. This case will certainly need a panel of IHC stains to figure it out. It looks malignant to me, though.
